Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 days from the date of payment.
Shipments scheduled for weekends and holidays will be re-scheduled for the next working day. Deliveries may or may not occur on weekends or holidays. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and you should expect a delay of 3-7 days. We will communicate these changes directly to you on your contact number and email.

Tri Star Overseas (shawlheaven.com) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Tri Star Overseas (shawlheaven.com) is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Our liability ceases when the goods leave our premises. If still have you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We can ship to any place located in a country that is a serviceable pincode under FedEx Priority Services.
We only refund certain domestic purchases, please make sure that you check the information given on the respective product page.
Fashion Accessories like shawls, scarves, stoles, mufflers, hair covers, bandannas are worn close to the body, possibly wrapped around neck, face and mouth i.e. used as a face covering. Due to ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the nature of our products, we do not accept used/worn products due to health and safety reasons.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with woven labels and hang tags attached.
