Less than 100°F or no entry

Daily Temperature Checks

Temperature screening at entry and exit gates is conducted daily to ensure the safety of staff.

If the body temperature exceeds 100°F, the person is denied entry into the factory premises.

Mandatory Use of Masks

All the staff at our manufacturing facility is equipped with three layer masks that are sustainable and reusable.

Visitors are advised to wear masks at all times when entering the factory premises.

Education and Awareness

We have held numerous seminars on Covid-19 prevention and risk management to educate our staff.

We have also displayed Covid-19 posters at various locations in our manufacturing facility to promote awareness among staff and visitors.

Regular Sanitization of factory and offices

Hygiene & Social Distancing

Common contact areas like door handles, faucets, equipment, and machines are sanitized frequently. Hand sanitizers are kept at various locations in the plant.

We are ensuring adequate gaps between people while working and staggering the lunch break of staffs.

Self-assesment for early identification

We advise our employees to install Aarogya Setu to regularly to check if he/she has been in contact with a Covid-19 positive person or not.

By early identification and prevention of potential risk of infection in staff and others, Aarogya Setu enables better safety, acting as a shield of protection for all.

Yes, we are in-fact a private label scarf manufacturer. We offer OEM/ODM services to our customers who order shawls and scarves in wholesale quantities.

Tags, woven brand labels or any other kind of embroidery, embellishments, rhinestone work et cetera can be developed as per your designs and attached to the products manufactured for you.

If you order a certain quantity, we can offer you free woven labels and or hang tags that are customized for your brand.

Our 3-step process allows our buyers to order custom shawls and scarves from anywhere in the world.

1. Product Planning: You need to decide the base fabric of you scarf.

Choose from a wide variety of options such as, silk, cashmere, wool, modal, viscose, cotton and bamboo.
Let us know whether it is a digital print silk scarf, a classic plaid wool scarf or something that is exclusive to your brand.


2. Product Development: After you have decided what type of scarf you need, we need the following information in your specification sheet-

  • Design file, reference images or a concept artwork/sketch
  • Technical details such as dimensions of the scarf in centimeters, material of the scarf (cashmere, silk, wool, cotton, et cetera), style (woven or printed)
  • Placement of logo/hang tag/woven labels on the shawl or scarf.
  • Custom packaging requirements


3. Approval – Bulk Manufacturing – Delivery: Once you approve the samples, we will proceed with the production of the scarves as per the specification sheet.
Bulk production is completed within 30-45 days from the date of payment and the scarves are shipped to your business location on the promised date

For in stock Items, 100% payment must be received before shipment.

For Out Of Stock items, special order or your custom design, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery.

A nominal sample development charge is payable which is refunded on final bulk order.

Yes, we accept payments via major International debit and credit cards (AMEX, Diner’s Club, Mastercard, Visa etc.) in almost 100 currencies including INR, USD, EUR and SGD.
