2. How long for sample production?
10 days for digital printing and 20 days for Jacquard / Dobby / Embroidery
3. How long for bulk production?
35 days from date of sample confirmation
4. What formats of design file are required for production?
Jpg, gif, psd., AE,PNG with dpi 300
The size of graphic file should be the same as the scarf size. for best results, please provide us with highest quality of design available.
5. Will I be charged additional tax/duties when I Import?
Can you provide Certificate of Origin GSP/FORM A?
This depends on the country to which your order will be shipped. In some countries there are no additional taxes or duties levied by customs. In others, tax and duties are levied under different circumstances, for instance, if the order value exceeds a certain threshold.
Yes, we can provide you with GSP/FORM A for import tax deduction on request.
Please check with your local customs office for detailed information about possible charges.
6.What are the payment terms?
For in stock Items , 100% payment must be received before shipment.
For Out Of Stock items/Special order/ or your design, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before delivery
7. What are the shipping costs?
Freight/Shipping Cost Depends on various variables such as shipping method, weight, time/cost constraints, we will quote for each order seperately.
8. What is your market? Do you produce for brands?
We export to over 21 countries as USA, Canada, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Russia, Brazil, Turkey, Japan , Taiwan , China , Middle East , Bulgaria etc.
